Celebrating kindness

If you’ve read the Sunset Cove series, you know that the Kindness Committee is a big deal in Sunset Cove. The pastor and parishioners of Grace Lutheran Church are always busy helping neighbors, feeding the hungry, and making their town a better place.

And if you purchased a book in the Sunset Cove series, you’ve officially joined my own Kindness Committee! Ten percent of profits from the Sunset Cove series are donated to non-profit organizations like the Child Life program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

I make an annual toy and book donation to CHOP in February of each year, when my son visits Philadelphia for his annual cardiologist appointment. I’m a heart mom, and I understand what it’s like to be alone and scared in a new town and an unfamiliar hospital. Thanks to YOU, I’ve donated hundreds of toys and books so far!
